The following are simply examples of how ADA, with all of its printing, creative, lettershop and mail and fulfillment expertise, can customize a direct marketing program that will bring YOUR company or organization the results it desires, while keeping costs to run these programs surprisingly inexpensive and efficient:

SAMPLE CASE STUDY PACKAGE 1: Non-Profit Client Fundraising Program
National Non-Profit Client, working with national retailers and e-commerce businesses, wishes to send fundraising letter to its membership, and as part of the fundraising program, includes a credit-card sized card affixed to the letter that states 5% of every sale, when presented with this card, will be sent to the non-profit organization by the participating businesses.
SAMPLE SOLUTION 1: ADA, after learning about client’s intended goals, a background about their organization, and who is to receive their marketing package, creates the copy for the letter. Additionally, ADA creates a Fundraising Card, which includes client’s logo, name of program, and includes website where participating businesses across the country are listed. ADA can even create the website! Based on the number of letters to be mailed (assuming client is using their own mailing list, which ADA will cleanse – see list cleansing section of this website), ADA creates copy for envelope as well, prices out the most competitive rates for sourcing envelopes, and purchases on client’s behalf. ADA prints personalized letters, affixes Fundraising Card to the letter, inserts letters in envelope, sorts and mails with client’s non-profit indicia printed on envelope. A successful fundraising program is born – it’s that easy!

SAMPLE CASE STUDY PACKAGE 2:
E-Commerce Client Creates Custom Package Insert Thank You Program
E-commerce client wishes to create a hybrid flyer/letter to include in its product shipments to its customers that includes words of appreciation for their purchase, and attached coupons that can be perforated for subsequent purchases. The letter is to ride inside the box, inside an envelope that says “special offers for our valued clients.”
SAMPLE SOLUTION 2: ADA creates copy for the letter, as well as designs 3 coupons that feature perforations for easy use (based on offers provided by the client). Once copy and graphics are approved, envelopes are priced competitively from a variety of sources for maximum savings. After envelopes arrive at ADA, letters are inserted into the envelopes, which are then sealed. As a final touch of authenticity, custom labels and/or security seals, featuring the client’s logo, are affixed to the outside of the envelope where the envelope closes, adding great value and mystery to the contents of the envelope. Finally, ADA ships back the completely sealed envelopes to its client for their shipping department to include in shipments to their clients. As an aside, if client wished to have ADA warehouse their products, insert into boxes, and insert the coupon letter and ship from ADA’s facilities, ADA is well positioned to handle that responsibility, and likely save enormous amounts of money for the client as well on freight.

SAMPLE CASE STUDY PACKAGE 3:
Retail Shopping Center Association wishes to create a value-added loyalty program insert envelope to be mailed out to homes within 5 miles of the center. Each participating retailer will present special offers, good when presenting the card with the shopping center logo that will be included in the package. The association collects from each participating retailer logos, offers, artwork and copy (if available) and sends to ADA.
SAMPLE SOLUTION 3: ADA researches list opportunities from its affiliate list management companies, and presents options and costs to the association. Once a list is approved, ADA collects the materials of each participating retailer from the association contact. Any businesses requiring copy and/or graphics will be quoted for those services by ADA’s internal creative team. ADA constructs the individual mailers for each business, and emails out for approval. Additionally the association sends logos and other information about the shopping center itself for inclusion on an insert in the envelope (perhaps including a map to the center, special upcoming events, as well as the special Savings Card that each participating business will honor, etc). Stores wishing their logos to be placed on the envelope, as well, present an additional revenue opportunity for the center. Once creative is completed, ADA will print the inserts, and insert them into envelopes. Once that is accomplished, ADA will personalize each envelope (either with specific list names, which will be cleansed by ADA, or with “resident”, depending on the list purchased), and mail out with extremely competitive mail rates that ADA is able to achieve for its clients through high volume consolidation. When amortized with all of the envelope participants, the savings to reach out to the shopping center’s community with this loyalty/savings program in an inexpensive and yet highly pinpoint manner will be music to the ears of each participating business! |
